Peter Lamuren parades a crop of highly-respected professionals who are dedicated and have unwavering commitment to elevating the standards of science education and are concerned with the improvement of the Nigerian society.

1. Mr. Peter Lamuren (Chairman): (B.ScHons, Elect. M IEEE) – A talented Telecoms Engineer/Consultant. Mr Lamuren has been in telecommunication industry for over twenty five (25) years.  He is experience in a wide range of telecommunication management and business consultancy in Information Technology (IT).
2. Mr. Equi Nwulu: A highly respected Educator: (B.A. Business Economics, MSC, Media Technology, PHD Educational Technology )
3. Mrs. Tijesunimi Iyabode Familusi: Seasoned Administrator. Operator of Travels & Tours. Proprietor of schools.
4. Mrs. Osanemo Fayemiwo (Bsc. Accounting, MBA). A successful business entrepreneur.

The day-to-day running of the Foundation is vested in the Executive Secretary/ Programme Officer who reports to the Board of trustees through the Chairman.
